Online Consultancy Sessions

Planit Online Booking System

  • Planit reserves the right to change the Services Team member hosting your session as required.

  • Payments are required prior to bookings being confirmed.

  • Payment via Planit's Online Booking System is processed securely through Stripe.

  • A ‘no show’ to the session will result in forfeiture of any payments made.

Rescheduling Bookings

  • Please contact our office if you need to reschedule within 7 calendar days.

  • Email: training@planitaustralia.com.au or call your Account Manager on 1300 855 411

  • Rescheduling is accepted up to 7 calendar days prior to the session start date.

  • Future session dates are subject to availability in the Planit Online Booking System.

  • Late arrivals will not have time credited or made up in future sessions.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 calendar days prior to the session.

  • If cancelled within 7 days, no credit or refund will be issued.

Online Machine Connection

  • Reschedules/Cancellations accepted up to 7 calendar days prior to commencement.

  • A $400 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 calendar days.

  • Cancellations on the day of integration will receive no refund.

  • Full payment is required 14 days prior to the integration start date.

  • Waiting periods may apply for rescheduling cancelled integrations.

  • Planit is not liable for any travel-related expenses incurred due to training cancellations.

Onsite Consultancy

Onsite consultancy may include training, integration, and machine connections.

  • Reschedules/Cancellations accepted up to 7 business days prior to commencement.

  • A $1000 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 business days.

  • Cancellations on the day of integration will receive no refund.

  • Full payment is required 14 days prior to the session start date.

  • Waiting periods may apply for rescheduling cancelled consultancy sessions.

  • Planit is not liable for any travel-related expenses incurred due to training cancellations.

In-House Training

  • Reschedules/Cancellations accepted up to 7 business days prior to commencement.

  • A $500 + GST minimum cancellation fee applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 7 business days.

  • Cancellations on the day of integration will receive no refund.

  • Additional fees for cancelled flights, accommodation, and car hire are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Full payment is required 14 days prior to the training start date.

  • Waiting periods may apply for rescheduling cancelled training.

  • Planit is not liable for any travel-related expenses incurred due to training cancellations.

Training via Support

  • Reschedules/Cancellations accepted up to 3 business days prior to commencement.

  • A minimum 30-minute Customer Service Time deduction applies if rescheduled/cancelled within 3 business days.

  • Cancellations on the day will incur a 1-hour Customer Service Time deduction.

Support Time

  • Any Support Time purchased is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
